  Outstanding customer engagement doesn’t happen by accident! It happens by design. In this practical, hands-on workshop, Parallax and BevSage will guide South Australian distilleries through building a sharp Unique Selling Proposition (USP), a clear brand story, and a compelling pitch that lands with bartenders, buyers, and drinkers. You’ll map your target drinker and occasions, craft language that sells your spirit on a menu or shelf and leave with a simple framework and checklist to keep your story consistent in person and online.

  New and emerging distilleries through to established brands looking to tighten positioning, refresh messaging, or prepare for new markets and partners.
