For non-member distilleries (if you own or plan to purchase a still but are not a member of Distillers SA).

Join us at the Distillers SA 2025 Industry Conference for a day of learning, networking, and fun in the world of spirits!

We hope to make this year's conference our biggest event to date with a full day program of local and national speakers, plenty of opportunity to network with fellow distillers and industry supply chain, and a side of local spirits to wash it all down.

Your ticket includes access to the conference sessions, trade show, morning & afternoon tea, lunch and a spirited happy hour with Fever Tree from 5-7pm.

Free parking is available all day, on site at the conference venue.

SA Spirits Industry Showcase

15 October, 1pm-4pm

Book your trade stand when you book a conference ticket!

Select the “Trade Stand Add-On” when booking your conference ticket to secure a stand.

This invite only, trade only event will provide SA hospitality and media the chance to try the newest, award winning spirits from 30 of SA’s best distilleries in 7 of SA’s best bars. It will be the first of its kind in SA, run by Distillers SA, supported by Fever Tree.

Applications to be a participating distillery are NOW OPEN.

Stands are available to those attending the conference.
